二、淬火类设备 Quenching class equipment

频率在30KHZ左右，小者可淬Φ10左右高精度小轴，淬硬层保持1.5mm以内，可淬Φ250直径大轴，也可淬Φ500左右齿轮。

1、汽车配件、摩托车配件的淬火处理。

2、机械零件的热处理。如各种齿轮、链轮、各种轴、花健轴、销等的淬火处理。

3、机床行业的机床床面导轨的淬火处理。

4、钳子、扳手、旋具、锤子、斧头等的热处理。
